Wer mag, kann dieses als Vorlage nutzen und selber erg\u00e4nzen. Nur wer eine Einwendung einreicht, darf am weiteren Verfahren teilnehmen und zum Er\u00f6rterungstermin gehen. Mit einer Einwendung sind keine Kosten verbunden. W\u00e4hrend eine Kurzfassung in Form des Musterbriefes online gestellt wurde, ist die vollst\u00e4ndige umfassende Stellungnahme nur an die Bezirksregierung als Genehmigungsbeh\u00f6rde \u00fcbermittelt worden.
